Japan produces almost exclusively green teas. They use steam to halt the oxidization process during manufacture, which results is a distinctly vegetal green tea that reminds of seaweed and spinach. Arbor Teas is proud to offer a variety of single origin organic teas from Japan that represent all of the authentic Japanese tea styles and are extremely rare finds in the very limited organic Japanese tea market.
