Normally, our office is open from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. But as the cliché goes, we like to work hard and play harder - so sometimes we end up keeping wacky hours. We could be off doing something dignified, like hosting a professional tea tasting or traveling on our latest tea-related adventure, or maybe we’re just goofing off. In any event, e-mail is typically the best way to catch us, but you’re always welcome to call (if you get our voicemail, we’ll be sure to ring you back just as soon as we can). Old-fashioned snail-mail works, too.
