But we are a small family-owned business and sometimes we have fluid hours. We could be off hosting a professional tea tasting, traveling on our latest tea adventure, or spending time with our kids. In any event, e-mail is typically the best way to catch us, but you’re always welcome to call (if you get our voicemail, we’ll be sure to ring you back just as soon as we can). Old-fashioned snail-mail works, too.
