		<description><![CDATA[I made these yesterday and used them today to make the suggested sandwich spread.  It was AMAZING!  I added some sauteed greens and fresh radish to the sandwich and I couldn&#039;t have been more pleased.

I had no star anise, so sticking with the tea theme, I added some loose chai to the pot.  It seems to have worked out just fine.

Not only did it taste amazing, they were almost too pretty to eat!  Thank goodness for pictures.]]></description>

I like the idea of using in salad - have just begun using raw asparagus in salads, after reading Lalitha Thomas&#039; suggestion to do that in her &#039;10 Essential Foods&#039; (the chapter on spinach) - who knew how good Asparagus is raw??]]></description>
