I just tried my first bit of Matcha. I did not have a whisk so i did the best i could. I have to say i really enjoyed it. I tried a second cup with warmed soy milk, put 4 ounces in a blender and added 1 tsp of matcha and mixed it into a froth. this worked much better and gave a wonderful beverage. I guess you would call it a soy matcha latte? I absolutely loved it. If anyone has any ideas about other recipes, i would love to hear them.
