Important Packaging Update
New Look, Same Great Tea.

We are excited to introduce you to our new backyard compostable packaging!

You asked and we listened. Staying true to our commitment to sustainability, our updated packaging remains earth-friendly and backyard compostable. Now with improved features such as stronger side seams and easier-to-read brewing instructions. 

Packaging Features:
Made from paper and non-PLA compostable film.
Excellent oxygen and moisture barrier.
Gusseted bottom.
Easier-to-read graphics and product information.
Non-GMO.
Plastic Free.
Vegan.
Made in the USA.

In June, we transitioned our bulk size packaging. In mid-September, we will update our sample and regular sizes. These two sizes will be combined into one new size called “Small,” and our bulk size will be renamed “Large.” The new Small size will contain an amount of tea that is in between our current regular and sample sizes.

Moving from three size options to two allows us to utilize our warehouse space more efficiently, and will help streamline order fulfillment for our small-but-mighty team. This sizing change is part of our long-term strategy to remain nimble in the e-commerce marketplace (we want to be here for you for many more years to come!) while also supporting the Arbor Teas Team.

Rest assured, our commitment to excellent customer service, exceptional loose-leaf organic tea, and sustainability remains unchanged.

Please note: As we work through the transition, some tea weights will be adjusted to facilitate a better fit in our new bags.
