It’s a celebration! Join us to feast and make merry as we commemorate our 4th Annual Summer Reading Series. Each year, we release an original work of fiction - because next to iced tea, nothing goes better with summer than a good read. This year, we are concluding our series with a delicious New Orleans dinner party in the charming Argus Farm Stop greenhouse.
Our 2019 story, The Butterfly Garden written by Carole Stivers, is set in New Orleans and unfolds a nuanced murder mystery in a post-Katrina landscape. If you haven’t followed along with us this summer, the full story is available for free. We are thrilled that author Carole Stivers will be joining us at this festive event (along with Summer Reading Series authors past and future), to toast to another summer of good reads, good food, and good tea. Come meet the author and celebrate the best parts of summer!
Our scrumptious cajun-cuisine menu (including vegetarian options) will be prepared by EAT, of Ann Arbor.
