Our organic Genmaicha (pronounced jen-MY-cha) offers a unique savory, toasted flavor and aroma with light body and limited bitterness. It consists of a mixture of organic green tea ("cha" in Japanese) and organic toasted brown rice ("genmai" in Japanese). This traditional green tea is very popular in Japan for everyday use. Unlike many "Japanese" green teas available in the United States, this organic Genmaicha is actually grown in Japan.

Suggested serving size: one level teaspoon
