We understand that tea preferences are very personal, and one person’s favorite tea is another person’s least favorite tea. If you are trying a new tea for the first time we encourage you to start with a sample size, rather than ordering a bulk size. We also encourage our customers to experiment with steeping methods -- often a “problem” is fixed by simply adjusting the water temperature, steeping time, or tea quantity!
To return an item, please ship it back to us within 45 days of your purchase. Be sure to include a note with the shipment explaining the reason for the return, your name, and order number. Additionally, please tell us if you would prefer to exchange the item, receive store credit, or receive a refund for the cost of the item.* Please note: shipping charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order. If returning tea, please ship in a box (not padded envelope) to better protect the tea during shipping!
