Note: The kombucha cultures are grown using triple filtered water, organic cane sugar, organic loose leaf teas, and organic kombucha starter. The starter has been fermented for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure that the highest spectrum of beneficial acids and bacteria are present in your final culture and liquid starter pouch. The kombucha culture is entirely shelf stable inside its pouch for up to 4 months after receipt —so you can purchase and gift worry-free!
