Chaga Chicory + Irish Cream Liqueur Drink Recipe

Our Organic Chaga Chicory offers a robust coffee-like taste, but is completely caffeine-free! For a rich and comforting St Patrick's Day drink, simply add a shot of milk and a shot of Irish cream liqueur to enjoy flavorful celebratory sipping. Sláinte!

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Organic Chaga Chicory
  • 16 oz of boiling water
  • 2-4 ounces of preferred milk, divided
  • 2-4 ounces of Irish Cream Liqueur (we used Baileys), divided

Directions

    1. Heat the water to boiling (212 degrees Fahrenheit).
    2. Steep the Organic Chaga Chicory in the hot water for 5-7 minutes.
    3. Strain out steeped Organic Chaga Chicory and pour into two large mugs.
    4. Add 1-2 ounces of milk and 1-2 ounces of Irish cream per mug. Stir and enjoy!
